Do I need exact spring dimensions before contacting you?
No a description, a photo of the old part, or a rough sketch is enough to start. The team will help pin down exact wire diameter, coil diameter, free length and load, or you can work it out yourself first using the free Spring Rate Calculator.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed MOQ. Orders range from a single prototype spring to bulk industrial quantities.
Can you manufacture from just a physical sample, without a drawing?
Yes. A sample spring, or even a worn or broken part, can be measured and reverse-engineered to manufacture a matching replacement.
How is the price worked out?
Price depends on material, wire diameter, coil count, finish and order quantity. Exact pricing is confirmed in the quote after the requirement is reviewed.
Do you deliver outside Maharashtra or outside India?
Yes. Dispatch is available PAN India, and the company is IEC-registered for export orders outside India.
What if the online calculator can't generate pricing for my design?
Send the specification sheet from the calculator on WhatsApp and the team will review it manually and reply with options this happens for unusual sizes or combinations the calculator isn't tuned for.
